On the front door you will find the Chinese character “Fu\,” which means “lucky.” \nExpect orange or tangerine fruit punch since the citrus fruits deliver good luck and wealth. \nFood is important: ‘Dim sum’ are essential food for the Chinese New Year. How many you eat during the Chinese New Year predicts the amount of money you’ll make in the upcoming year! \nSpring Rolls look like bars of gold and bring both wealth and good fortune. These deep-fried rolls can have various fillings\, including pork\, bean sprouts\, shredded carrots\, cabbage and assorted other veggies. \nFull roasted chicken or duck is also essential.
