Reservation Cancellations
At Barefeet Naturist Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. Therefore, we offer flexible cancellation policies to accommodate your needs.
- Cancellation of a paid reservation made more than 36 hours prior to the check-in date (2pm) will receive full refund.
- Cancellation of a paid reservation made less than 36 hours before the check-in date (2pm) for will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows are not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
1. Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy associated with your reservation. Please review the cancellation policy carefully before making your booking. Bookings made with agents follow their cancellation and refund policies.
2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the original payment method used during the reservation process.
3. Barefeet will refund you promptly upon receiving your request, it may take up to 7 – 10 days to process, depending on the payment method and the bank.
No-Shows and Early Departures
If you do not arrive on the specified check-in date or decide to check out before the scheduled check-out date, you may be subject to charges as outlined in the booking terms.
Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers purchased from Barefeet Naturist Resort are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Returns and Exchanges for Merchandise
1. We offer a range of merchandise at our resort. Returns or exchanges for merchandise are accepted within the day of purchase, provided the merchandise is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
2. Refunds for returned merchandise will be issued in the form of the original payment method.
