NAT held first Nude Art Day at Barefeet

15 March 2020 by Barefeet Naturist Resort Leave a Comment

Naturist Association Thailand held its first Nude Art Day on Saturday 14 March 2020 at Barefeet Naturist Resort in Bangkok.

The event brought two Thai artists and four international artists doing nude drawings together with members of Naturist Association Thailand to allow the naturists to appreciate nude art while being nude themselves, thereby disrupting the typical situation where nude drawings are appreciated by a dressed audience. And at the same time, the event allowed for the artists to draw the naturists as models either individually or in groups, which is a special challenge for the drawing artists.

When the event started at noon, only around 10 naturists had joined, but during the day a similar number dropped by for the afternoon or early evening.

Naturist Association Thailand was hosting the event at Barefeet Naturist Resort in Bangkok and offered both artists and naturists a snack buffet with crackers, cheese, fruit and free wine and beer. The resort contributed by offered no day-fee charge from 12 to 16.00 when the event was scheduled to end. After a brief welcome by Gregers Moller, Kristin Plumlee explained about how she became first a naturist and today also a model for the artists to draw.

A presentation of slides on the TV showed some of the artists work, and after that, some of the artists showed additional pieces which they had brought with them to show on the day.

Modeling stages where then set up several places: in the garden under the fruit tree, in the corner with the backdrop of a large fern and in the restaurant in front of the TV. While some members were modeling, others were watching the artists working.

Eventually, the day ended as a regular Saturday afternoon at the resort with day fees being charged again and the paid-for bar opened up. The artists and Naturist Association Thailand agreed to repeat the event again in April either Saturday 18 or Sunday 19 April.

Below you may enjoy some of the creations of the day.

Opening Party of New Spa Building

2 November 2017 by Barefeet Naturist Resort

Barefeet Naturist Resort has spent the rainy season in Thailand expanding the resort to double the size. The new expansion will officially open on 24 December 2017.

Gregers and Dao (Disraporn) who own the resort noticed that many guests felt there was too little to do at Barefeet Naturist Resort – apart from the obvious of rtelaxing naked in the garden. So they borrowed 3 mill. baht from their publishing business and built the new phase, which has a 10 x 5 meter pool, a hot pool of 2.5 x 2 meter, a sauna and a bigger room for couple massage and a restaurant. The will also be an expanded sundeck both at the pool side and on top of the restaurant.

It is expected in particular, that hot pool will serve as an intro to naturism for the large number of Thai people, who have discovered the pleasures of the Japanese Onsen style washing houses. As it turns out, the Thais clearly enjoy being naked in these Onsen establishments. Since many go there as couples, but have to split because of the gender separation they practice, it is expected that the new fun experience of doing the Onsen together will introduce many new Thai people to the pleasures of naturism.

Barefeet Naturist Resort already has a steady crowd of local day visiting naturist and many repeating guests staying, but with only five rooms it is sometimes full.

See party schedule for 24 December here!

23 August 2017 by Barefeet Naturist Resort

Rules and Manners (ภาษาไทย)

Guest Rules for Resorts that display the logo of Naturist Association Thailand

We strive hard to provide a wholesome naturist accommodation experience for all Thai naturists as well as visiting international naturists to enjoy. Please help protecting our resort from infiltration by sex seeking individuals and safeguard our contribution to a healthy body and mind development.

Nudity

Nudists are comfortable not wearing any clothes but for guests who are not yet ready there is a house coat in each room or a towel that you can wear.

Sex

No sexual activity is allowed anywhere except in your room. This includes intimate touching that you would not do in a public place outside the resort.

Photos

Taking photos or making video recordings is not allowed without permission. Please ask each time that you want to take a selfie with your mobile phone. See more below about taking selfies and photos.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in your room but you may smoke outside your room and where it does not bother other guests.

Visitors

Your friends are welcome to visit you while staying at the resort. Make sure they accept our naturist concept before they arrive. Short time sexworkers are not permitted.

Speak up

We want all our guests to have a pleasant time while staying at our resort. If you feel someone is rude, staring at you, taking your picture or in any other way making you feel uncomfortable, please speak up and let our staff know.

About taking photos:

These days, we all take selfies. Nudists staying at Barefeet Naturist Resort also love to take pictures. When doing this, keep in mind that you can NOT take photos or make video recordings during your stay at Barefeet Naturist Resort where ANYONE else can be seen in your photo unless you have asked them specifically if they want to be in your photo and they have specifically agreed to be in your photo. We take your privacy very seriously! If you see anyone taking photos that may include you without having asked you, please ask them to delete the image immediately and please also mention the incident to the resort management.

Good manners

Be kind and mindful towards others. Introduce yourself but do not intrude if the other guest does not invite for further conversation. Inform the staff if you feel someone is bothering you and we will deal with it discreetly right away.

Sit on something..  Please carry a towel with you at all times and always use this to sit on.

Smoking is allowed in the lounge area outside your room and anywhere else if it doesn’t bother other guests. Smoking in the rooms is not permitted.

Singles are welcome..  Barefeet Naturist Resort is geared towards couples, but singles are also very welcome. Minimum age is 18 years old except for children accompanied by their parents or legal guardian (proof required) are accepted.

Gay friendly..  gay singles and gay couples are welcome. Naturism is not a sexual orientation, we are people like anywhere else.

Visitors…  genuine friends are welcome to visit you while staying at Barefeet Naturist Resort, Your guest must follow the same rules and guidelines as a registered guest, including fully understand our non-sexual, clothes free environment. If by “friend” or “visitor” you mean a short time sex partner, we do not approve of this. Never bring a friend without having explained naturism to them before they arrive.

Do I need to take off my clothes as soon as I am inside the resort? No, but this is a naturist resort and we expect our guests to be comfortable with this. If you prefer to wear something at first, we suggest that you wear only a towel or sarong.  Women can certainly wear bottoms during their monthly period. First time naturists will find plenty of support and understanding if they prefer to wait a bit with taking off their clothes. For most naturists, the first time is a big step.

Do I need to be a member of a club or association in order to stay at the resort? We welcome all naturist/nudists at the Barefeet Naturist Resort. However, as a member of the Naturist Association of Thailand we encourage all members to sign up for the free membership – and get all the invitations for events and outings.

Songkran Party 2017 at Barefeet Naturist Resort Bangkok

17 April 2017 by Barefeet Naturist Resort Leave a Comment

This year’s Songkran party at Barefeet Naturist Resort was one of the best parties, we have ever had here at Barefeet. If you missed it, we will for sure repeat it again in 2018.

Twelve people turned out to be just the perfect size for both the initial body painting activity. We had a Superman, an angel, an elephant, a Picasso painting, a girl in flames. and several other motives.

After the painting, which some joined only hesitantly and a bit shy, we came to the next point on the agenda of the day: The tough water battle in the pool. Here all could do their part!

In principle it was thought to be a kind of a rubber duck race, you know, but .. well.. the ducklings became naturists and instead of making gentle waves, the participants used water hoses and fierce water guns! Soon, the pool overflowed and soaked the surroundings, but the battle went on and on.. That was great fun!

Throughout the day, Dao’s homemade juice punch kept everybody’s thirst under control. Some added a bit of vodka to it. That added to the fun. Some also added a few beers. Toss had brought some interesting vitamin drinks – yellow for C vitamin, red for something else supposed to be healthy. That we all tried out, too.

Good and hungry, at six o’clock we gathered around the grill and had a great variety of marinated pork chops, imported sausages, shrimps, potatoes, bread and salad.

The last battle was a Yatzy battle, which Pat won … twice! In the final round, the impossible happened: AFTER both Toss and Gregers had stricken ‘yatzy’ out as impossible to get, Gregers and Toss suddenly threw a yatzy! BOTH of them. Damn!
